Sepolia vault balance against the Portaldot V3 supply of the breaker (4401) and control (4402) assets. Nothing here is written or signed.

Sepolia vault: reading V3 supply: reading Attestation mirror: reading
Reserve · Ethereum Sepolia

Vault balance

–test USDC

Circle test USDC held by the ReserveVault. Verdict uses the finalized block, the lower of the two providers.

Supply · Portaldot V3 testnet

Asset supply

–pUSDC-test

Breaker asset 4401 + control asset 4402, read from chain storage. Status is read at the head; Frozen means a watcher freeze went through (a trip or a drill).

ReserveOracle

–reserves

The bot posts attestations while it runs; it is not a running service. The age below is the honest freshness.

What this page is. A read of three public sources. It is not an audit and it does not sign anything. The drills that prove the breaker (freeze, refused transfer, gated thaw) are in PROOF.md; latency and fee over many drills are in BENCHMARKS.md.

Two reserve chains. The vault above is on real Ethereum Sepolia. Most V3 drills (and the attestations the oracle last mirrored) used a local anvil reserve chain, not Sepolia; the attestation card says so for its figure.

Static fallback. If a source cannot be reached from your browser, that panel shows snapshot.json, a read taken at the time printed in its pill, and says “static snapshot”. It is a record, not a live value.
